Mr. Kaiser has more than two decades of experience working with publicly traded companies, with a focus on corporate finance, financial reporting, capital markets, and investor relations.

In his current role, Mr. Kaiser leads the Company's day-to-day operations, financial management, regulatory reporting, and corporate strategy. He works closely with the Board of Directors and the Company's professional advisors on business development, transaction evaluation, and shareholder communications, drawing on extensive experience supporting public company issuers across multiple sectors.

Mr. Kaiser's background includes senior advisory and executive roles guiding small-cap public companies through reporting compliance, governance matters, capital structure planning, and strategic corporate initiatives.

Scott Major serves as a Director of BioForce NanoSciences Holdings, Inc. Mr. Major is an experienced attorney whose career spans corporate, regulatory, and business matters for both public and private companies.

As a member of the Board, Mr. Major contributes legal insight and business judgment to the Company's governance, oversight of management, and review of strategic initiatives. His background includes advising organizations on corporate structure, regulatory matters, contracts, and risk management.
